  • Welcome to this gorgeous waterfront pool home designed for entertaining and relaxation. Only 7 miles from Englewood Beach, this vacation rental has everything you are looking for. When you enter you will be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan. The living room is equipped with a 55" 4k TV with Dolby Atmos soundbar, beautiful tropical décor and a sliding glass to your private lanai. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you may need to fully enjoy your stay, if you have a particular question about an item, feel free to ask if we have it.

    In the covered lanai area, you can expect to unwind, relax and get your vacation on with friends and family to the relaxing ambiance of bird sounds. There is plenty of seating throughout the entire home and the lanai is no exception. The fire table and Edison lights create a beautiful evening ambiance. Besides the pool you can find two comfortable sun loungers and a hammock. The saltwater pool is kept heated to a comfortable temperature year round.

    CHILD PROOF: One great feature of this rental is that it is child friendly. The pool area as well as kitchen cabinets can be made child proof upon request for the duration of your stay. There are magnetic child locks that can be activated on all the lower kitchen cabinets as well.

    EXERCISE AREA: for the active person, to make your stay more enjoyable there is a full weight bench / rack for CrossFit or strength training in the garage.

    BEACH GEAR: Available for you to bring and enjoy at the beaches are folding chairs, a small cooler, cooler bags and a shade umbrella.

    ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are allowed for a pet fee of $100. Please make sure to select this when booking or inquiring.

    SECURITY NOTES: The property has a Ring security system installed. A front door Ring doorbell, and 1 Ring camera facing the driveway, and 1 Ring camera on the side of the house. Cameras only monitor outside front yard / driveway / front door.

Fishing was great. Not far from beaches. Great for finding sharks teeth, shells and a few small pcs of seaglass.

July 4th Week

The house has a great floor plan with a beautiful pool area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils you could need. The house location and area is beautiful as well. The host is very responsive and accommodating.Loved our stay!!

Beautiful Home, perfect stay!

We had such a lovely visit to Tallahassee to attend our newphew's graduation from UF. We had our family of four, including our two children, my parents, and sister, so there were 7 of us in total. The house was a perfect fit for us. We had plenty of room, everything we needed was provided, and the house is just beautiful and no details left out. The house is very clean, had all the things you might need in the kitchen, and bed and linens are amazing. Perfect home! We are hoping to be back in the future for another family graduation.

Great home, location and view!!!

Had a great time even though Hurricane Helene missed up a few beach days for us.. The host was wonderful and made sure we knew that the Hurricane was on it's way and what to expect and due... Thankfully the Hurricane didn't hit Englewood as bad as it hit other places.. the house held up well... The Primary bed was comfortable and the house is well stocked... A great home to visit for sure... and did I mention the view!!! Thank you Frank and Emily...

Christmas vacation

We had a gew issues with the pool filter and the AC going out on us. Frank was on top of all our concerns. The pool filter was fixed within a day but unfortunately due to the holidays the AC wasnt able to be fixed while we were there. It was in a great neighborhood and the house was the perfect size for our family.

Amazing Property!

This house is perfect! Not only was there adequate space, a wonderful pool and lanai, and a spectacular lake view, but also the ambiance and location exceeded expectations. We loved coming “home” at night to the lit-up trees in the front yard. Then, relaxing in the pool area with the pool lights set to various settings, depending on the mood, was so peaceful! We used the kitchen to prepare meals, and I taught the teens how to make a family recipe. The entire family was able to congregate because of the open floor plan. And, the bathrooms felt like we were in a luxurious hotel! Because we like to beach-hop, the location was perfect!! We traveled to 19 beaches while we were there. The location of the house made it possible to enjoy the variety of scenes offered by different beaches within a selected radius. I highly recommend Venice Beach and shopping at the downtown Venice shops. We had an amazing time!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, Frank!
