We have stayed here multiple times now. The host is very responsive, makes sure you are taken care of. Very consistent. The house is perfect for our family, we love the pool and the ability to walk to the beach.

We have stayed at this house for at least 5 years in a row, if not more. This is our Spring Break “home away from home”! The house is perfect for our beach vacations with our growing family! The private heated pool and short walk to the beach make this house the perfect vacation spot. Art (property owner) is very responsive and always ensures our stay is top-notch. We are counting down the days until our stay in 2027! Thanks for another great stay, Art!

Loved the place!! Clean and in a good location central to pretty much everything (felt like 15-20 min drive to get to dive and parasailing sites). Host even stopped in one day to check how everything was. I sent a few messages and never got a reply which was my only downside (not vital questions by any stretch) but I would still 100% rent again! Lots of toys and a good kids room. Love the covered pool. Again, great property, great stay, great week!!!!!! (Ps left my venice snow shovel and sifter for any future shark teeth hunters-the beach right down the road was perfect for it!

The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The pool was wonderful and warm. The house was also equipped with a crib and high chair for the baby. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you to the owners/managers. I will definitely rent again. Karen Paul

House was beautiful and perfectly laid out. It was extremely helpful to have a quiet area with a crib and height chair. Plenty of pool and beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The grill on the deck was nice for dinner with plenty of seating. The heated pool worked for 1 days then the heat broke.

Great house!

We loved being a minute drive from the beach and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool every day! Really lovely home with plenty of space to enjoy a week in Florida!

Perfect for families with kids!

Our 2 sons and their families loved, loved, loved this property. The room set ups, 2 bathrooms we nice, nice kitchen, and laundry. So close to the beach with lots of sharks teeth but no sharks great response from host when we had questions.

There was plenty of room for us, our children and theirs. The little people wore out the pool instead of us, and we enjoyed it too. Private, quiet and oh so close to a wonderful beach.

Great family get together

Home was clean and had everything we needed. Easy walk to beach. Pool was wonderful. Owner stopped on first day to make sure everything was ok.

We have made so many great memories at this house! The set up for sleeping, eating indoors or outside, having the pool and outdoor shower after walking to the beach is great for our family.The number that was listed for the contact needed to be updated for communication purposes but it got resolved as well as needing a few things to be stocked that were listed for the property. Note to bring your own shampoo etc since basic soap is more for hand soap, laundry soap, and dish soap. Also fun they had games like clue, Yahtzee and Jenga, a few kids books, and tons of beach/pool toys and floats and an umbrella and chairs.We really appreciate the host having us and like being in this area so much we hope to make it a tradition!

Great house

This house is great! It is a short walk to the beach, close to many of the area beaches, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is very well stocked, bedrooms spacious, private pool/patio area is an added bonus with an outdoor shower. The owners communicate back quickly and are very helpful and friendly. Great vacation house!
