This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private home sitting on a large private lot is the perfect place for you next beach get away! Large kitchen, living area with a great sun porch to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a large yard perfect for grilling and hanging out.
This home is in the perfect location to everything you could ask for on Manasota beach. The private beach access is just across the street, all the nightlife, restaurants, public beach and Stump Pass State Park is a short walk away. Boat and kayak rentals are walking distance and the dolphins and the manatees can't wait to show off for you!

Our family has been enjoying the clear waters and amazing beach of Manasota Key for years. Our dream vacation home finally went up for sale this past spring and we are slowly making it our own by updating EVERY SINGLE item in it!

Quiet street and gulf access.

As with many properties on the Manasota Key, many are recovering from the hurricanes. This one was nearly complete and comfortable with a screened in porch, three bedrooms, two baths. Kitchen supplies were limited and there were no reading lamps bedside; but all-in-all this is a great place to stay, and a short walk across the road to the beach.

Laid Back Feel

The house is beautifully done and everything is modern and functions well. Was well cleaned, organized, and stocked when we arrived. Owner was easy to contact and was very helpful with any questions we had. The island was unique when compared to other areas we have stayed in Florida. The island and nearby mainland areas had many great restauants and tiki bars with great entertainment. Island had many water sport locations. However the island itself somehow has managed to maintain a small village, everyone talks to their neighbors , laid back feel. We would return in an instant.

Nicely appointed home close to the beach

We enjoyed this house. The king bed was comfortable. The entire house was recently remodeled and it is beautiful. The beach is a 3 minute walk away.

Everything about this property was top notch. Great layout and furnishings as well as close proximity to both the beach and restaurants in town. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home in Manasota key

Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home recently remodeled/updated. Less than 1/2 mi to restaurants and about 3/4 mi the other direction to Stump Pass State park. Beach access just across the road. Washer and dryer provided. Grill and beach chairs. Screened in porch. Very clean, kitchen especially great. Owner very responsive. You won’t be disappointed, just don’t mess up our return rental!

Everything we needed was there inside and out from the kitchen to beach gear. Stephanie was easy to contact and checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable and decorated nicely. Would not change a thing! Thanks for sharing your home!

Clean and enjoyable

We absolutely loved our stay at this clean, tasteful decorated, and efficient house! Our favourite area was the screened in porch- we’ve spent mornings and late evenings there. Access to the beach is literally min away. Steph was easy to communicate with and available to answer our questions. It is definitely on our favourite list! Thank you!

Beautiful and relaxing!

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous place! My family and I spent a week enjoying the beach, great food and each other❤️Stephanie and her family thought of everything when they decorated this amazing home! During our stay Stephanie reached out to us, making sure we were comfortable! It was just the best( even an early tropical storm couldn’t deter our fun! We had family game night with the games provided!!) 10 plus stars on this one!
