Want a perfect getaway for your family and friends, come and experience Florida while staying at a home that is located not far from popular beaches and many restaurants in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with privacy and easy access. This home is equipped with plenty of amenities to make your stay relaxing and pleasant. Enjoy a relaxing lanai and a private pool. Beach accessories are included for your use: chairs, wagon, beach toys and umbrella.
Pool can be heated for an additional charge.
The space

2 Smart TVS, one in the master bedroom other in the living room

Pool can be heated by an electric pool heater for an additional charge depending on how long your stay is (please verify with host).

Lost Key and garage remote disclaimer: If you lose the keys or a remote to the garage, you will be charged for getting those replaced.

NO PETS allowed unless special arrangement made.

Quiet hours from 9pm to 7am

Check in is at 4pm, no early check in unless arranged with host.

Check check out is at 11am, there will be a fine for late check out to maintain uninterrupted cleaning schedule. If you need later check out must arrange ahead of time.

Perfect winter get away

This home was perfect for a winter reprieve from our single digit weather up North. The check-in process was smooth, the home was very clean and son filled. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to ride the bikes that are kept in the garage.Nelya was a receptive and gracious host. We had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful beaches and Islands in the anglewood area. Definitely give this experience five stars!

Wonderful house!

The house was a wonderful find and we would love to stay again. The location was great for a peaceful vacation in a quiet neighborhood. It was located near all the shops and restaurants you could possibly want. The house was clean, cute, and very comfortable. Thank you for having us!!

Great rental, great location

We really liked this house. Very clean, nicely decorated. We were close enough to the Gulf but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There were a few minor issues at first but the owner responded to our message quickly and all issues were handled fast. We Enjoyed the pool but weather was a bit too cold! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Family Christmas location

This house was perfect for our family Christmas in Englewood! The patio seating was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare holiday meals! We will definitely be back and appreciate the quick responses each time we contacted the host with questions!!

Loved this place!

From check in to check out, everything was wonderful! The house was everything we needed, and more. The pool was smaller than we expected but still accommodated our large group fine. The house was so homey and the little touches (like laundry detergent, extra paper products, pool toys, spices for cooking, etc) were so thoughtful. We can't wait to go back. The area has been a favorite for my family, for years, and now we have found our vaca home. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood

We took a family trip to hunt for shark teeth. The house was as described, clean, and very easy to check-in. The house is located in a mature, quiet neighborhood, and pretty much a 10-25 minute drive to all the local beaches.

Great location! Loved the pool!

The house is wonderful! Very clean and comfortable in a cute and quiet little neighborhood. Quick 8-10 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed the pool everyday after we got home from the beach! The backyard was our favorite place to hang out! It is beautiful! House is very close to stores/restaurants and anything you could need during your stay! Would gladly return!

Spring break 2024

The house itself is a well kept older home in a nice neighborhood. This is a really beautiful, clean and welcoming property. There were lots of things stocked around the home above and beyond what you expect in a VRBO: bikes for a bike ride, bbq grill in the backyard and a selection of pool toys to name a few. Communicating with the host was easy and she was always very responsive. The check in/out process was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone I know.

Great House & Amazing Host

Spent a week at the house and had a great experience. Very clean house with ample space (master suite is HUGE). Quite a few new appliances and furniture throughout the house. Host was very responsive and kind. We asked for an extra cleaning of the pool and she had a pool service out to the house within a couple hours of our request! She went above and beyond. Back patio and pool were incredibly nice and well maintained - it was a game changer for our kids. Even had a Traeger smoker for us to use. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this house to others.

Really great location!

The only thing I found the owner could do is label the light switches. There are so many and we arrived late at night so we were switching light switches on/off we probably looked like we were giving off Morse code or something 😅. Communication with the host was supper great. She is very responsive and eager to make your stay as enjoyable as she can! So so friendly! The location is perfect. There is a Walmart right around the corner and gas station. Your 12 minutes from beach rd and that's where everything is! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. We felt very safe. We loved our stay. We are planning on coming back in Oct!
