Magnificent Beachfront home with large internal and external living space

This spectacular 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom gulf front home offers the ultimate experience in coastal living both inside and out. With views of the Gulf of America from almost every room in the house, this two-story gulf front home is the perfect place to create family and friend life long memories.

The house has just completed a major renovation in January 2025 which includes a brand new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms. Over 6,600 square feet of living space with features such as a dramatic floor to ceiling stone wall, new custom kitchen, separate dining area overlooking the beach and sea and seating 10, oversized patio and extensive external decking.

The nature is wonderful to share, with Dolphins, Manatees and so many birds in the area.In turtle season, you may find a giant turtle nesting right in front of the house- what a thrill! Please show the turtles full courtesy and use the blinds and switch off outside lights in nesting season.

This gulf front estate is just steps away from restaurants and live entertainment yet still offers that laid back beach lifestyle that allows one to just relax and unwind on vacation!

Other features in the house include a wine refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, high speed Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TV's (that require Amazon Prime or Netflix account), gas grill and wet bar. All information provided is reliable but not guaranteed.

This property is in a residential area and is rented for personal vacation uses only. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted and we need to inform you that those break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and even eviction(sorry).

The house is very large and has several staircases including one which has a narrow spiral staircase so young children are not permitted at the home. This home does have 3 cameras which you may turn off during your stay. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Use of the garage, indoor fireplaces and pond are prohibited for safety reasons. The outdoor pond is part of the landscape and for decorative purpose only.

There are many activities close by for those who want to do be more active as well as chill on the beach. Golf, Dolphin trips, horse riding, kayaking to name but a few.

Bookings are only Saturday to Saturday.

Please note the reviews are quite old as we have used the house a lot ourselves and also closed the house for extensive renovation for a while.

This home was well equipped with everything you need. It was especially great for our “older” generation in that everything is on the ground floor with no need to battle stairs. There were games and toys for the beach, plenty of seating for meals, and the kitchen had every gadget and utensils you might need. We brought a group of 9 to include a few with accessibility needs and it was perfect for us. We definitely recommend this home and hope to come again! Thank you!!!

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely time at this property! There was so much space for our entire family and the private beach was the cherry on top. This space was so accommodating for our needs and we loved the access to other restaurants and shops.

Five Star Views and Location!

This house had more than enough room for our group of ten. The rental agency was very easy to work with. The location is amazing! Spectacular views from almost every room and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Made some great memories here.

Awesome and roomy!!

Was a really nice home with lots of nice recent upgrades. Location close to the action on Manasota Key and the beach was great. It’s a little close to the public beach so we did experience some overflow but it was not excessive. Beware of the red tide as that can affect your stay!! Loved all the large window space but there are some architectural oddities in the home. Nothing that pulled away from our vaca though. The kitchen was awesome as well as all the bedrooms. Lots of space to stretch out and relax and we will miss this place as we get back to life in the Midwest!!

Family fun n in the sun

The spacious unique home was the perfect setting for our family vacation with our grown children. The location is within a block to 3 bars to walk to for special drinks, music , karaoke, and even dats. The large kitchen made cooking in teams easy, we ate all dinners on the long dining room table. So much space, rambling and unique. The home and the sunny beach was the best setting to spend stress free time together.

Disappointing

The house needs a lot of work. It especially needs a deep clean and the cockroaches are a major problem. We had exterminators come twice in our stay without the problem being resolved. A lot of the furniture needs to be replaced, outlets are not working etc. if I could post photos of the property you would be disgusted.

Great beach place for lots of families

Love this property so much!! We have loved staying here 2 years in a row! The only thing I wish they would do is cut back the tall hedges clocking the view in the dining room and trim the tall tree off the back porch. It just blocks the view a lot. Other than that, we loved it!

Right on the beach

Kitchen was top notch as far as utensils and gadgets. The ice maker was not working well so we bought some ice. The house was cool and clean. Palmetto bugs were abundant in the morning but only on the first level. They were on their last legs as the property must have been sprayed recently. The men needed more comfortable seating (sofas are worn) and more televisions to watch their sports at night. Saw several black racer snakes Crossing our walkway to the beach. They caused us a fright but they we’re just as afraid of us as we were them. 🤣Mattresses and two of the bathrooms needed to be updated. The home is historic and large and beautiful. More beach chairs would have been a plus to take down to the water and maybe a small cooler for the beach. When you fly and can’t bring a lot these little things mean a lot.

The PERFECT beach house

Really fun place. Easy to watch kids by water and be near the house. House has tons of character and unique attributes. Well-stocked with amenities including beach toys. 5 minute walk to multiple great restaurant choices. This is definitely a top-choice for a relaxing beach stay with a big family

The Most Eclectic

We all enjoyed our stay on the beach at Englewood! Two birthdays and just plain good fun with friends!! Located close to everything we wanted to do. LOTS of sharks teeth for everyone. Amazing place and beautiful view!!

This house was very artsy and cool! If you like different and funky, this house is for you! Absolutely amazing location just steps from the beach, and the house had such a unique vibe. We all loved it and are booked for next summer here!

Great house and perfect location

This was a perfect house for our family of 10. Plenty of room and everyone had their own space. The house has lots of character and is at a perfect location on the beach and just a couple minutes walk to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and linens and towels appeared to be new. Outside bar provided space for cold drinks without having to go inside. We spent hours outside on the covered deck overlooking the beach and ocean. Inside, the dining room and upstairs sun room offered beautiful views of the sunset. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone needing plenty of space and 5 bedrooms. We visited during turtle nesting season (May-Oct), so just be sure to keep lights turned off on the beach side of house (or close curtains). Each morning while walking on the beach, we saw new nests marked by the “turtle patrol” and could still see the tracks made by the turtles. Very cool!

Anniversary Trip

This place was amazing for our trip. We had a group of ten and we had plenty of room! Other than needing a few updates we would stay here again. It was perfect for our kids to just go out on the beach and not have to worry about a bunch of people or even being crowded. Very laid back area. Once again we loved it!

Perfect location of house. House was perfect size for all of us. If anything, one bed was not changed. One bed was covered in sand. There were plenty of pillows, but no pillow cases. So I had to go buy some. There are no large garbage cans for inside the house, just small bathroom ones, so I had to go buy some. Other than those few things. It’s was great!!

Not as advertised !

Location is excellent House not so much. Issues : live roaches in silverware drawer. Worms all over the place. Didn't look like much effort was made to clean the place, floors were sandy. musty smell. Built up dust. Mold in showers. Garbage was overflowing. Toilet paper was not changed out Paneling in one bathroom is falling off. Linens are Yard Sale quality, as is the furniture. No pillow cases. We bought our own pillows and cases because they'res were nasty. House is in desperate need of renovation to spite being presented as a mansion . Oh I forgot the RAT and the frogs ! Just too many issues to mention in this short e-mail. A larger more comprehensive list is be put together for the listing agent. In short : You pay for the "Clammpets Family" mansion what you get is the "Addams Family" mansion!!
