Enjoy the perfect escape on beautiful Manasota Key. This spacious townhome is ideally located between Lemon Bay and Englewood Beach, offering the relaxed, walkable island lifestyle!

Prime Island Location, Steps to Englewood Beach, 5-minute walk to restaurants, live music, shopping & convenience store. Enjoy nightly live music, beach sunsets, and no-car days.

Comfortable for Extended Stays: This 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome with loft offers plenty of space to settle in and stay awhile. Sleeps up to 6. 2 Queen beds (bedrooms), 2 Full pull-out sofas (loft), Open living areas ideal for long-term comfort.

Private Garage + Beach Gear Included: Two-car garage with everything you need: bikes, Beach chairs, umbrella, Pool floats, body boards & skimmer boards, Cornhole, fishing poles, we have one kayak in the garage or bring your kayak — Lemon Bay is just a few hundred feet away.

Heated Pool + Lemon Bay Dock: Heated outdoor pool (winter months) and Cooler for summer months. Dock on Lemon Bay for fishing or kayaking. Small boats (up to 16 ft) may dock up to 2 weeks with advance notice.

Island Activities: Daily beach yoga at 8:30am. Sunset beach gatherings with music (often Sundays & Wednesdays), Nearby dolphin tours, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, boat & jet ski rentals. Bike or short drive to Stump Pass Beach for shark tooth hunting.

Everything You Need for a stay! Free high-speed WiFi, 3 Smart TVs for you to login to your favorite shows, fully equipped kitchen, Washer & dryer, Bath & beach towels provided, Games, DVDs & PlayStation 4 (bring your own games).

Easy Travel: Punta Gorda – 45 min, Sarasota – 45 min, Fort Myers – 1 hr. 20 min

Booking Notes: Our home is best suited for extended stays, with a 28–30-day minimum. January–April is our peak season, and we typically welcome full, consecutive calendar-month reservations, with longer stays such as January through March or April being ideal.

Amazing location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! Our boys loves being close to the bay and fishing. We kayaked and explored the island. The beach is a 5 min walk and the water is so clear! This listing was so clean and had everything we needed

The condo was in a perfect location. Across the street from the public beach and a short walking distance to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend the place and return myself.

Perfect location

The title of this rental has it right! This is in the perfect location if you like being right across the street from the beach and being close to restaurants, shops, fresh seafood markets and anything else you may enjoy doing on your vacation. The rental is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay including a beach wagon and chairs for relaxing on the beach. The furnishings were well taken care of and the upstairs has the perfect en-suite if you need a little quiet time. There were several times I needed to change our reservation for various reasons and Aaron was very accommodating and easy to work with. It was our first time to Manasota Key and I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone who is interested in staying in this area.

Perfect for our family!

The home was exactly as described. It was the perfect getaway for our family. My husband and I, and our three kids (14,12,11) had a wonderful time. Super comfy beds, clean home, community pool, garage (stocked with all your needs! Beach cart, chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, towels, etc!!) Just a short walk to the beach and nice and quiet at night! The best of both worlds for our family! We would definitely stay again!

Enjoy the Gulf and the Bay!

This townhouse is beautifully furnished in a nautical design and very comfortable. The beach on the Gulf is a 5 minute walk. Beach chairs and equipment are provided. At the rear of the property is a pool overlooking Lemon Bay. We very much enjoyed watching birds, dolphins and manatees. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Sad to leave.

Exceptional!

If you want an amazing vacation, this is the place! Large, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked condo in a private location. With a quiet pool, scenic Lemon Bay and dock on one side, beach right across the street!! Walking, hiking, biking, water activities, great dining options all very close by within walking distance! Aaron and Johanna very helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend this rental!
