Our tranquil, three-bedroom, two bath beautifully renovated home is in a quiet neighborhood and just 15 min leisure bike ride from Dearborn Ave., with great coffee shops ( be sure to check out Joe Max), entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants tailored to every taste and need, live music, and more. With 2 pristine sand beaches (favored by people and turtles alike) within a 5-minute drive from our front door, 15 minutes from Venice shopping and 1 hour from St. Pete's night life you will fall in love with our area just like we did.
For those who are looking for flawless skin and better joint mobility, you have to visit the Warm mineral springs just 11 miles away in North Port.
Our home has been recently renovated and decorated in a nautical style with a little bit of Modern Eastern European flare. Fully equipped kitchen is awaiting for your food preference and choice of Keurig cups.
The master bedroom has a brand-new King bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and dresser ready to provide the comforts of home. The first Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed, mirrored sliding doors covering a huge closet, and a fan to keep you cool even on the hottest nights. The second Guest bedroom has two twin beds (with tempur pedic mattress to support the backs of the growing ones), closet, and another remote controlled fan.
Both the living room and the den are equipped with smart TVs ready for your preferred app.
Since we have a family member with severe allergies, please, NO SMOKING or Vaping inside and NO pets allowed on premises. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property, loss of all security deposits and an additional $250 fee for cleaning will be assessed.
Before check-in, we ask our Guests to contact us so that we know they have arrived safely and can begin to enjoy their stay in Florida Gulf Coast.

Please adhere to the check in and out times to allow our housekeeper to clean and disinfect the rooms, bathrooms, doors, and surfaces according to the Center for Disease Control protocol. The towels and linens will be laundered and put away and another set of towels and linens will be used for each new guest. We assure you that we will do our best to provide you and those who come after you with the safest and most pleasant experience!
