"Easy check in and check out on computers. Got there early and you can leave your bags either for free if there is space in their automatic bag machine or pay $3 a bag for help. Hotel is pretty central and has a target and CVS right across the street if you forget anything. Rooms are pretty small so suits individual or young couple. Elevators seemed to be an issue around check in time as you go up one to the 4th floor then others to higher floors and a few didnt seem to work. Room had one or two...

"The rooms were kept clean but most importantly the bathrooms were regularly cleaned. Had no issues with the shared bathroom situation. Room was excellent, beds comfortable. Window that opened and let in fresh air was a big plus. Rooftop is a great feature as is the cafe in the early mornings. I will definitely stay here again just because of the location, price, and ease of the entire booking."

"The room is very small. There is no walking space between the bed and the wall in front of it, it's surrounded by wall on three sides. This I could overlook being that New York is very expensive. However, I have stayed at other hotels in similar price range with bigger rooms, better amenities, and better cleanliness. The check-in and check-out is completely done on a computer, there isn't always someone available at the front desk. Everything in the room is operated by ipad: blinds, shades,...

"This hotel location cannot be beat! Perfect for nearby shopping, convenience of dining options, literally a 1 min walk to Times Square. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming, the housekeeping staff were super efficient and quick to satisfy requests. Despite the hotel proximity to Times Square, the rooms were sufficiently sound proofed. I would definitely stay again! Point to note, if your room doesn't have a coffee machine, just ask for one. Some amenities are only given on request."
