  • Nuestra casa está ubicada en Encinitas California y cuenta con un gran plano de planta abierto con mucho espacio en el patio trasero. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de su tiempo en nuestra sala de estar compatible con Apple TV o en nuestra piscina climatizada y spa. La propiedad está cerrada y también cuenta con 3 garajes con estacionamiento suficiente para 6 vehículos con mucho más estacionamiento en el camino privado. Los altavoces inteligentes controlados por eco de Amazon permiten una entretenida experiencia en el patio trasero.

Excellent outdoor fun

The house was very nice and although the layout spreads everyone around, you get it together in the dinning and pool areas. The highlight is the pool, spa, waterfall, and fire ring. Our group had a very nice time there and will use it again in the future.

Grad celebration

From the beginning of dealing with Christopher to the end of our stay, everything was amazing ! He was so easy to communicate with, very accommodating and overall it was a great weekend. The pool and jacuzzi are the best part , not to mention everyone had a place to sleep. Location is perfect too.

Girls’ Trip!

Rented this beautiful, spacious home for our California girls’ trip! There were 9 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and loved the hot tub, pool and fire pit! There was one bedroom that had one less bed than advertised, but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with!

Great Large House

We were four couples wanting four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a large meeting area. the house worked fabulously for this purpose. It was well stocked and ready to go. We would do this again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for all ages!!

Pleasantly surprised!! The house was perfect for all ages. We were so exited to show up and have it completely decorated for Christmas, as we took our kids, my sister, and my dad down to CA for a Legoland Christmas trip. The house had more than we anticipated which was so amazing! The owner got back to us ASAP with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Home away from home

A beautiful, well decorated, well, equipped house with the pool and hot tub. Family reunion was fun there. We were able to eat together on the kitchen table Watch TV together in spacious family and living rooms. The master bedroom was totally unique. Large room with a large closet and very suspicious area. The house is secured and manicured. It was fun the whole time we stayed there.

Great House

This was the perfect house for our family of 7. The 4 bedrooms all have bathrooms in them. The kids love the foosball and pool. The owners were easy to reach and answered my questions right away. They even left a congratulations card and bottle of wine for my daughter who had completed her Master's program. When my daughter asked her children what their favorite thing about the trip was, they both answered "the house".

Fun property in Encinitas!

Owner reached out proactively before our stay with all the necessary details. We asked for pool and hot tub to be heated when we arrive and that was ready for us to use. There was plenty of space in the home for our large group of 12. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was super convenient. Beds were comfortable although one of the bedrooms had no space after having queen plus 2 single beds. Having a Piano with book was a delight - our 13 year old daughter serenaded us with beautiful music. Kitchen was swell stocked up but needed paper towels - just a minor inconvenience. Overall a 5 star stay with lots of memories made.

Not happy

Our experience in the recent stay at this home and why I scored it. The purpose for our family being in San Diego was our son’s team made it to the youth soccer team nationals. Price for residence listed was very pricey but it was close to the events. Rancho Santa Fe gated residence, all amenities and descriptions listed for residence are accurate. Rental experience: Not very happy. (please read the issues encountered with rental). Rental Outline: Issues: Day 1 – San Diego temperature 78 degrees. • Get to house and the inside temperature, very hot, not warm, hot. • Explore to find main A/C control, so many though out the house which we learned later some do not control anything. • Start a window a/c unit in main leaving area. • Start a window a/c unit in 2nd story bedrooms. ◦ Instantly the breaker is kicking off at the 2nd floor. After working with breaker an uncertain amount of time we call the owner management. ▪ Management manger shows up (mother of owner) she really is trying to do her best. ▪ Shows up with two new additional box fans. ▪ Which I wonder why tells my wife the previous had not any complaints. But she shows up with box fans. ▪ After certain amount of time and conversations, she confused us all the many a/c controls faceplates that work and don’t work. ▪ She asks to speak with someone who speaks Spanish and keeps telling my wife she is feeling sick could she get her a glass a water becau

The Perfect Vacation Home!

We decided to have our family reunion in California and this home was the perfect home for us. There were 12 people, three of which were children. We all slept very comfortably and appreciated have a bathroom connected to each bedroom. The home had a pack and play, high chair, several strollers and an abundance of pool toys for all ages to enjoy. The owner was happy for us to use the paddle board and surfboard at the beach. There were plenty of towels which was so nice because we spent all of our home time in the pool and hot tub. The backyard was gorgeous and very private. We enjoyed eating on the patio and sitting around the beautiful gas fire pit. The home layout was great- lots of space to spread out. The TV in the living room was good quality with great sound. Apple TV was great! Communication with the owner was easy and she was very friendly. We definitely recommend this property and plan to come again!

Made the best of it

Although we had fun this weekend, there were many things that could have been better to make our trip more enjoyable. The fun that was had could be related more to the company and not the home itself. First off the 2 things that really sold this rental for us was the heated pool and fire pit as advertised and pictured. The pool was cold when we arrived reading a temp of 68 and never really heated up, although it was slightly warmer the next day. You could not heat up pool and spa simultaneously. I would like to think that if you know you have renters coming in you would start to heat it up prior to arrival. Poolside was not clean and very unorganized so that relaxing poolside was not comfortable or enjoyable. We were told about not being able to use the fire pit until it was too late to cancel, which was a huge disappointment. The home itself is outdated and in need of some major upgrades. Furniture was not comfortable and again outdated and not what pictured. There were artificial christmas trees still in place. The house was nothing like pictured on website. It actually became a joke all weekend that we paid to stay in a haunted house and watch horror movies, which is not what we were going for. We had issues with TV programming/usage and when we texted owners we received a rude message stating they were going to bed and it was too late to be texting at 10pm. We have had other stays through VRBO and were very satisfied, but this experience was not. You can definitely say they had false advertisement about their property.

Weekend getaway

Booked this property for a weekend girls getaway. The pictures shoes are accurate and the property has plenty of space. There is a private restroom in each bedroom which was a plus. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Upon arrival we did find food crumbs throughout the kitchen. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned. We cleaned the kitchen but the floors could use a good cleaning. The owner did come over and show me how to work the control for the hot tub and pool. Along with a reminder about the 10 pm backyard noise curfew. I acknowledged in was aware of the 10 pm policy, a few hours later I received a reminder message about the 10 pm curfew. I acknowledged again that err were aware and it wouldn’t be a problem. Ask in all the Star was got. The property could use a good deep cleaning, especially when everyone is worried about COVID-19. There was some miscommunication regarding our check out time. I was told we could check out by 3 but on Sunday morning I recurved a text from the owner informing me that house cleaning would begin at noon. I informed her that in was told we could check out 3 and we’re planning to leave at 1. We were a large group and wanted to enjoy breakfast prior to rushing to get back on the road. I was told we should be it by 1230, we left at 1130 am. I was a little disappointed in the miscommunication and the back and forth. All in all it’sa nice property if you need a weekend away during lock down.

7 Night Stay in December

Large property on a pretty large lot. Plenty of space for our group of 11. Our family loved the backyard outdoor areas that were very enjoyable in San Diego weather (even in the winter). It has a clean, working pool and spa, a nice fire pit, and a very nice grill which made for some very good times outside. Our kids were in the pool/spa multiple times a day. The interior is more dated than the backyard outdoor space and could use some updates in some places. It is very livable though. It has a lot of space and some nice touches like new TVs with Apple TVs and hi-speed wifi that make for easy connection to streaming services, etc. The property is on a busier road but the gate makes it feel perfectly safe. The property owner and manager are both very responsive.
