Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully designed, from custom ceiling artwork and original paintings to outdoor decks where you can soak up the golden-hour light. Relax in the hot tub after a day on the green, fire up the BBQ grill for an al fresco dinner, or challenge your crew to a putting contest—this home is equal parts relaxation and entertainment.

Amenities were all in great condition. Kitchen was well stocked and all the recreational equipment (golf, ping pong and pool table) were in good working order. Host was very welcoming.
The putting area and Lanai provided an air of roominess.
Grandview Beach just a block and a half away. Very accessiable

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time at Golfer’s Paradise. The house and location are amazing, and the putting green and all outdoor activities were awesome. So close to a local beach, and plenty of things to do. We are from Texas, and didn’t realize most houses on the coast don’t have air conditioning, but it didn’t matter - the weather was perfect and the ocean breeze kept us cool and comfortable. We will definitely return!

A well maintained grand dame

Ok. I will attempt to separate fact from opinion here as I had a personal hiccup with management and you decide. I’ll say in advance, it was minor but annoying. First the property. It’s lovely, period. A bit older, but well maintained. The kitchen was one of the best laid out and appointed with accessories. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms all functional. Plenty of linen. It’s a quiet property close to the beach. So here’s my beef. I was recovering from an illness an and leaving a hotel with 1 pm check out. There was no one at the property immediately prior to us, so it was ready. I asked to check in a few hours early and management was fine with it at 25$: hour. Ok. We paid it. Then came multiple text and email to take out the trash bins, then bring them back. Hmm, why did I pay a management fee and cleaning fee again? We had one friend who slept over two nights and three different couples who came at different times for dinner and left. I was reminded there’s a limit to 8 people on the property ( I’ve stayed in Encinitas and leucadia for years, never told there was a limit to people ON a property). We never had more than four. As I said annoying but not critical. The managers, if asking a tenant to do work, should have comped a few hours and been all the bigger for it.

Amazing location, Resort feel

Our family all hope to return someday! The location is second to none and the home had every type of amenity you could think of. We enjoyed our morning walks to the donut and coffee shop. Our last night at the home we spent reading books with the kids by the outdoor fire. Easy check in / check out and communication with prop mgmt.

Living the Good Life

My family was absolutely spoiled by this last minute booking. We used the hot tub, the mini golf, the pool table, the outdoor fireplace. We lived the good life for a week and the good life sure was sweet.

Hidden Gem

The Golfer's Grandview Paradise is a hidden gem! It's unreal how much space and amenities this property offers. The sunset views are breathtaking and the putting green, ping-pong table and pool table offered a lot of extra family fun. I highly recommend this beautiful property!

Amazing

I rented this property as a get-away for my parents and it was everything I hoped for and more. The rental process and communication with the management team was seamless. The home is lovely and cozy with so many windows and natural light. It is equipped with everything you would need and more. The outdoor space is spectacular! From the beautiful golf area, to the many seating and eating spaces to the outdoor fireplace. And then there are the ocean views! Absolutely stunning!! We would definitely stay again.

Full VIP Treatment

From the second we arrived to the time we left, we felt like complete VIP's. Our hosts graciously awaited our arrival and welcomed us with a much needed glass of wine. From there we got the full tour and were encouraged to make the house our own during our stay. The property itself is amazing, a double lot with ocean views and your own private chipping/pitching/putting area (built for the serious golfer like me). You are in a gated home sequestered from the normal beach traffic that takes place on the street. House was extremely livable with everything you would need to be comfortable. We only ate out once in 6 days, so everything you needed to cook full meals. Bedrooms were great sized and beds/bedding very comfortable. The final touches for us was that our hosts provided everything you could possibly need to make for fun beach days. Towels, back packs, wagon to haul, umbrella, boogie board, etc. etc. etc. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to have to leave. It is well worth the splurge to feel like VIP's on your vacation.

Beautiful property with everything you need. Close to everything you need on vacation.

Excellent stay and fabulous property! The owners were so helpful. We have a child so they let us ship loads of supplies and then even drop shipped them back to us. So close to the beach and only minutes from the joys of the restaurants in Encinitas. This is a great property for any family looking for a relaxing vacation!

Best property in San Diego hands down! It was such a pleasure to stay at a property that takes such immaculate care of every detail. From the putting green to the grill area along with the hot tub, insane views this property was much more than we thought. Do yourself and your family a favor and book this property next time you are in San Diego.

Paradise

We loved our stay on this property. House is set up like a resort and has all the amenities you would expect staying at a five star resort except better. Andrew the property manager was extremely helpful in answering any and all of our questions at anytime. Pictures don’t even capture how amazing this house really was. We had four adults a nanny and six children ranging from 8 mos- 10 years of age. Property had everything we would need including: 6 new boogie boards, two surf boards, beach wagon and coolers to make our beach days even that much easier. Perfect location close to restaurants and such a wonderful and welcoming community! Legoland is a five min drive and close to everything. We will be back and appreciate Andrew for going out of his way to make sure his house was equipped with the amenities we may need for our group. Loved the pool table and ping pong table! Also enjoyed that the adults had plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy watching the kids wear themselves our with the many activities this property has to offer while the adults got some much appreciated downtime. Thank you!!
