  • Remodelado en 2019, esta propiedad de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y 1800 pies cuadrados en Encinitas es el lugar perfecto para la playa de su grupo. Ubicada a 1 milla del océano, esta unidad del piso superior tiene una vista maravillosa del agua y la puesta de sol desde el área de estar principal y la gran cubierta. El gran comedor es apropiado para comer alimentos que traes de uno de los restaurantes cercanos o comidas que preparas en la cocina grande, que tiene todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Cuando llegue el momento de limpiar después de un día en Moonlight Beach, encontrará hermosos baños que han sido remodelados en gran medida. Cuando se relaja por la noche, hay un televisor de 70 "para disfrutar de Hulu + Live TV, que está preparado para Netflix. The property was ideal for our group of 5. It was spacious, clean, fully equipped and close to all amenities. There was also private parking. The hosts communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. The description is extremely accurate. It is very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Parking was easy with two available spots. Communication with the host was easy and responses were fast. I highly recommend this home.

It was a good place to stay and I would do it again. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the access, up the stairs to a locked gate at the very top of the stairs with no landing.

This place was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of room for extra people, if needed. The sun deck is an amazing spot to hang out any time of day, but especially at sunset! The kitchen had everything we needed, and was well-marked so we didn't have to guess. We were walking distance to a store and restaurant, and about a mile, easy walk, from the beach and downtown Encinitas. We visit here often, and I'm hopeful to never have to book another property, and hope this can be our go-to whenever we return!

What a cute little place! We had a great time! We loved all the board games supplied and the kids had a blast sitting outside on the beautiful porch!

Comfortable apartment with a view

We had a nice stay at the house. The rooms were spacious and there was a view of the ocean. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and in the living room watching the view.

Nice stay, front room has a lovely picture window, lots of windows so breezes cool off the house nicely. To note, there is a long staircase going up to second floor unit and there is someone below you. We enjoyed our stay.

Short trip

We were only there for weekend, but the house was exactly as advertised and a short walk to the beach! It was very nice to be able to walk on the beach each morning. The house was great for our group of 5 and I would stay again.

Family reunion

Perfect place for accessing the beach and other San Diego entertained. The house provided all normal items needed for daily activities and living. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent place!

Perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding weekend. Great location with easy access to everything…..beach, downtown, trails for walking/running. Clean and kitchen well-stocked. Lovely views and patio too! Would recommend and definitely hoping to return!
