Although it may look like a duplex from the outside, it offers the charm and comfort of a standalone home. With two covered carports and plenty of covered storage space, you’ll have all the room you need for your beach gear.

Oceanfront Bedrooms: All bedrooms provide direct access to oceanfront decks and include private bathrooms for your convenience.

Dog Friendly: Enjoy the fenced rear yard with your furry friends! A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $175 per pet.

Ground Level:
Enter through the door located under the east carport.
Enjoy the hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower and a gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs.

Main Level:
The main living level features an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more!

The dining area seats 8, making it perfect for family meals.

Relax in the living room with a Smart TV and a DVD player.

Bedroom #1: Oceanfront king bedroom with a Smart TV and a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower.

Top Level:
Ascend to the top level, where you’ll find a game/bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa, foosball table, and a Roku-enabled TV. This room offers direct access to the oceanfront deck -- perfect for viewing the sunset!.

Master Bedroom #2: Oceanfront room (west) with a king bed, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedroom #3: Oceanfront room (east) featuring a bunk bed (two singles) and an additional single bed, a Smart TV, and a full private bathroom with a tub/shower.
