This absolutely stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex on Emerald Isle sits directly in front of the ocean and leaves you just steps away from your personal paradise! Even better: you have your own private walkway to the beach!

Mimosa Manor is located in the beautiful Ocean Reef community and allows you to enjoy the added security of a gated community with access to a plethora of community amenities such a basketball and tennis courts, beach walkways, and a pool!

On the ground level, you will have access to an elevator and half bathroom!

On the first floor you will find a spacious living area with seating for all, a TV, and deck access as well as breathtaking beach views. The fully-equipped kitchen is conveniently located right off the living area – take a few steps to pop some popcorn for your movie night! You will also find bedroom #1 with a queen bed, TV, and access to a bathroom right beside the bedroom.

On the second floor there are three more bedrooms! Master bedroom #2 has a king bed, a TV, a private full bathroom, and balcony access which allows for you to greet the ocean right as you pop out of bed in the morning! Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and access to a shared bath. Bedroom #4 has a queen/queen bunk, a TV, and access to a bathroom that is shared with bedroom #4.

Additional Amenities: This duplex is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. You will also have tons of entertainment features at your disposal such as 5 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Instant Video, a Roku, and Apple TV for all of your streaming needs! There is also a crib and high-chair if needed! Relaxation is easy when you have a furnished deck with a hammock to sit on while watching the waves roll by. There is also a fireplace to cozy up in front of with your family and friends on those chilly evenings! You can also spend some quality time appealing to your competitive side by playing pool, cards, or even corn hole with your fellow guests!

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
