Great Family Vacation

This house was really nice located in a beautiful neighborhood. Private, but close to shopping. Golf cart was an added bonus to driving down to the beach. Pool was nice, although we spent most of our days at the beach! Definitely would come back after Covid restrictions are lifted to take the ferry to other parts of the area. Personally would reconsider renting a duplex, neighbors could be heard every night after hours. Emerald Isle is a gem!

Lovely accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kokomo. The bedrooms are roomy and the living area has everything one might want (including a table just the right size for our jigsaw puzzle). My only issues were that the golf cart did not work reliably so we didn't use it and the items in the kitchen were poorly organized and inadequate. We made do though.

Perfect for our 3-generation family of 9

The place was roomy, sunny, pleasant. The proximity to the beach was super! The staff at the property management company, Spinnaker's Reach, were great.
