I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge. Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking...

"The flat was in a lovely location about a 15 minute very pleasant walk from the town centre. It had a lot going for it - the bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. It is light and quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped and the bathroom newly refurbished. Everything was clean and the property, although up 15 stairs, was easy to access. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space.Things that could have been better for us - we found the living area very cramped and the seating...
