"Perfect location, friendly host! Mostly I have no complaints. However, there was an evident lack of cleanliness in some areas. For example, other people’s hair on the bathroom floor upon check in. Dirty pot in the cabinet. Things like that. I went ahead and wiped everything down anyway. But I feel there should’ve been someone that “deep” cleans the property before the next guest arrives. "Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here."

"Great stay! Host/hostess was responsive to questions with quick replies. The home was clean and more than described! Beds are very comfortable! Busy street yet quiet. Heater works very well, we definitely stayed warm & cozy! Will definitely stay again when visiting STL!"

"Good communication from host. Location was close to shopping and Old St Charles shops . The condition of the actually place was not the greatest …. Lots of broken blinds , holes in multiple spots. No items in shower was an inconvenience. The pot smell coming from downstairs occupants was not the best but out of control of host . Improvements -Would have loved some lamps in living area ,a place to put feet up to relax while watching TV and possible throw in the cooler temps . "

"Our host "Duc" was very friendly and accommodating, there was efficient and effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The house was in perfect condition and nicely decorated. we had plenty of supplies for our stay, loved the game closet. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoor space that was provided. I cannot think of anything the host could have done to improve the property. Highly recommend staying here if in the area."
