Main Floor:
The upper level includes the primary suite (King bed) with a spacious en suite bathroom and open closet, complete with a pack-n-play for your use. The main living area is designed for gathering, featuring a gourmet kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for eight. The living room is outfitted with a 65" Roku TV and a gas fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. A laundry room is also located on this floor.

Lower Level:
The entryway features heated floors for added comfort during winter months. This level includes two private bedrooms, each with a full-size bed, and a shared large bathroom. A second living room with a Roku TV and sectional couch provides extra space for relaxation. Walk out to a private patio with furniture and a gas grill (propane tanks are provided).

The home is ideal for a smaller group of friends or a single family, offering a balance of shared and private spaces.

Enter through the garage (available for your use) or front door into the lower level with heated entryway floors. There are two private bedrooms (full size beds) with a large bathroom. You'll also find a cozy second living room with another Roku TV and sectional couch. The lower level walks out a private patio with furniture and a gas grill (propane tanks available for you).

The space was set up to accommodate a smaller group of friends or one family.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including the garage, all amenities, and outdoor spaces.

A sidewalk leads directly to the village center, just 0.7 miles away (approximately a 15-minute walk). Rideshare options, such as Uber and Lyft, are typically available on weekends for added convenience.
