Upon entering the home, you will find stunning manicured grounds and a lovely Mediterranean-style single-level home. Upon entering the house, you will find an open-concept floor plan with gorgeous wood flooring running through the main living spaces. The grand living room has a large leather sectional, magnificent woodwork to the ceilings and a Smart TV. A set of sliding glass accordion doors offers the perfect indoor/outdoor living at its best. The outdoor retreat is genuinely remarkable. There is a lovely outdoor patio set with a TV. Enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long by the free-formed style pool. There are two chaise lounges for you to kick back and relax on. Adjacent to the living room is the gourmet kitchen. There are beautiful leather barstools for a breakfast bar, a giant kitchen island with a large custom sink, an Electrolux refrigerator, a Viking oven, a large pantry, and a wet bar!
