"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...

"A Little GemWillow Cottage is a fabulous place to stay. The standard of cleanliness and comfort is top notch. It’s beautifully decorated and feels like a home from home. The outside dining and sitting area is so peaceful and relaxing. Amanda is the perfect host and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. My only regret is that we only had two nights booked and I would have loved to have stayed longer. Don’t pass this property by!"

"We did not receive our “check in” instructions, call was answered quickly and we made our way in. Only one king size bed in the house not two as advertised. One queen bed, two double and two singles. Master bedroom had a light that could not be turned off at all during our stay. Fan in the living room was very dirty as was the return vent for the air conditioner. Used soap in the shower, on the floor with previous occupiers products. Shower screens also need a good clean. Wet bath mat...

"I rarely write negative reviews but this is the one that I have to say about.
Con:
1. Hot water stopped after 5 minutes when I was in shower then became totally cold water while my body was full of soap. Without choice, I had to under the cold water to wash the soap off my body. Inevitably I caught a cold and my body temperature raised to 38 degrees at night. Took 2 tablets of Panadol.
2. The sliding door to the backyard does not work properly. I opened it trying to get fresh air but couldn’t...
