"Las instalaciones estan aceptables pero la habitacion era muy fria, la calefaccion no era suficiente, no habia suficiente ropa en la cama, la tele no funcionaba y el suelo era muy muy ruidoso. Una estancia muy incomoda"

"The room was dated and had scuff marks on the doors and furniture and the carpet had seen better days BUT it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It is going through refurbishment at the moment and to be honest I expected a bit of a mess and noise but it was quiet. My partner used the leisure area and was happy with it."

" The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again."
