"You can tell the staff genuinely cares about creating a great guest experience. The service was outstanding. My room was very comfortable, and I loved the glassed-in shower and thoughtful layout. The hotel is also in a great location, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The price was very reasonable for the quality. Well done, and thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

"Terrible service. I stayed for 4 nights and the housekeeper didn’t come to make the room whatsoever. They mention that is made every other day (which is fine) but the room was never done. When I complained they just mentioned that the housekeeper was gone so I had to wait until tomorrow when I was doing the check out. The breakfast also terrible. I also had to go to the front desk every day because my key card for the room was never working. They don’t have enough staff either. Will never come...

"We were placed on the 5th floor, elevator broken. Had to use fire stairs and carry our lugagge 5 flights up. When asked about any compensation our request was declined. We were told that the elevator was going to be back in ordef at least in 3days. "
