"My partner and I stayed at this hotel in what appeared to the off season as it was very quiet. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and helpful durning all interactions. "This hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked a loft which had plenty of room to spread out and reorganize after two weeks of biking. The washing machine was great to have. Everything worked well and was perfectly clean; the AC was easy to operate and the shower was very cool. Beds and pillows were comfy. The covered balcony was huge. It was of superb quality, spacious, exceptionally comfortable bed and lounge area.Cold water in the fridge and bathroom products provided. Lovely view of the mountains and bug grid on the windows to enable fresh air without mosquitoes in. The only minor improvement was that it wasn't clear how to get in, when i queried it was just a case of ringing the number given on arrival. This could be clearer for new customers. "
