"The property is good with only one flaw. The owner is terrific and communicates well. The issue is the construction of the bathroom. The toilet sits almost underneath the sink, making it very difficult to use for a person over 6 foot tall. With a bit of rework in the bathroom, this will be a terrific rental. Of course, for folks under 6 feet tall, the current bathroom is likely no problem."

"I went to El Paso to celebrate my nephews graduation at UTEP and the property being close to UTEP made our stay convenient. The property is spacious and my Group of 10 had more than enough space to relax and also have fun in the fully equipped basement game room. The kitchen is fully prepared for cooking a good home meal and we did just such. The home is located in a quiet area and a convenient store is a block away for any last minute needs. The home is very enjoyable and the host Luis replied...

"Vrbo host poor communication skills- did not respond to any of my questions on the vrbo app, had to call to get check in instructions. On vrbo app, listing stated that check in instructions are emailed 3 days before check in - I had to call and text the host the day before. All he had to do was respond with,”I send them the night before” if that was the case. Note that there are no toiletries."
