Upstairs living room with couches and plenty of more space for more air mattress. Downstairs living room with large sectional couches, TV entertainment center, Full kitchen access pots, pans, utensils, barbecue utensils, ect ect. Half bathroom down stairs, Washer and dryer included. Pool and jacuzzi in back yard, patio set, outside dinning table with chairs, umbrellas to place around the pool, barbecue grill.
