This was our third year in a row staying here. It was great, again! Extremely well-stocked house. The hosts provide everything you need for comfort and convenience. Super clean. Excellent location. Close to everything, including Surprise Stadium, where the Royals play.

Perfect stay! This our second time staying a week here. We love the house. Clean, roomy, very well stocked. Close to Surprise Stadium. Great owners, responsive and friendly.

Week in AZ

The house & location was great for our week in AZ. Check in process was very easy, house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner checked in with us which was so nice & greatly appreciated. The information book was really informative, detailed and organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Well maintained home

Home is very nice and clean. Some of the homes we have stayed at needed numerous repair - with this home everything worked. Great location. Close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Just a few minutes to the Royals spring training stadium

Pleasant stay for all!

We had a great stay at this property. I was running a race just north of Phoenix and the location was perfect. The home was well appointed for our group of 4 people. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the host and owner were SUPER responsive and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend this property if you're staying in Phoenix. :)

Our family stay was awesome!

Communication with owners are responsive. Any question I would ask they were promptly answered. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds are very comfortable. We definitely would like to return and stay again. Thank you guys.

Lovely and comfortable home away from home

We were extremely pleased with our stay in this comfortable, well stocked home. We did not use the pool, however it looked clean and well kept. Communication with both the owners and manager was excellent. They were very flexible with our schedule when unexpected issues arose. We highly recommend staying in this well cared for home.

The house was spacious and kitchen well equipped. Clean and clear of dust. Plenty of towels and well appointed bathroom. It had all that we needed. Even a Cornhole game that looked brand new that we broke in.

Property owners were great with communication no problem getting into property. Was well decorated, lots of extras. Beautiful place, if in area again we would look you up to stay again.

Lovely home

We had a really wonderful stay. The house is lovely and well equipped with everything you need. It was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. We were in town visiting family and found that this house met our needs perfectly. The owners are very responsive and easy to reach. Check in and check out were both very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Great family rental!

Rental homes never have comfortable beds and furniture, great linens, clean, and are fully stocked with whatever you need, but this one DID! Great location. Was about 15-20 mins away from the Wildlife park, golfing, baseball fields, mall, and more. Super impressed! We’ll be back!

Quick trip to visit father in law

We had to make an emergency trip to the the Peoria area to visit my father in law. This house was reasonably priced and has everything we needed. I had a pretty serious mountain bike accident while we were there and had to leave a day early. The owners graciously refunded our money for the day we didn’t use, without us even asking.
