HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily."

You can easily walk to a well stocked grocery store on your way to Brasilito beach. To get to Conchal beach you have to walk from Brasilito due to private property that prevents beach access. "3rd time to this resort. The Westin club rooms and pool area have improved but food selection and quality has slipped a bit. Premium liquor package did not include pinot Grigio and still a bit suspicious of alcohol content in the whisky I had; I never got a buzz! "It was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable. It had air conditioning. The pool was clean. The breakfast was traditional. There was in the evening a type of ants climbing on the walls inside our room, The management didn’t care. They didn’t bother us while we were sleeping. It wasn’t a high-end place, but it was nice. It wasn’t close to any towns, but it was OK."
