We appreciated the owner's detailed instructions for accessing the place because it is, indeed, an old neighborhood with tight parking. We also appreciated having a garage to park in. "The home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with trees and flowering bushes about. Upon entering the home, one was struck by its simple elegance. We've stayed at many rented homes and this one by far had the best kitchen ware, which made cooking for our family a dream! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms (with full baths) were gorgeous! "This is an amazing place. It was actually BETTER than the pictures, which is a rarity. It feels very luxurious for Pollock Pines and has a good amount of room for large families. Had everything we needed and more, Kitchen was well equipped too(we cook) so that was a great bonus. Highly recommend for any season. The limited interactions I had with Host were great and super fast in their response. Look forward to booking again. "

"The two night stay was great. Everything was neat and clean and had everything you might need when away from home. The fenced area for the dog was nice. Sitting on the porch in the afternoon with a glass of wine in the peace and quiet watching the squirrels was nice. The property description indicated cable TV was available, however the property owner indicated there was no cable TV. Fortunately I brought my chromecast and was able to watch regular TV."
