"It’s a very quaint hotel in a medieval town. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and in the town of Bacharach. It was very romantic. The rooms have been renovated fairly recently. Amenities are very limited in the hotel and town. There’s no pool or hot tub. But they do have a nice breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the rooms are on the second or third floor so be prepared to carry up and down your luggage."

"This is a wonderful hotel set on a hill next to the vineyards … family run, their attention to detail shone everywhere. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and clean, as was the up-to-date bathroom attached. We had a small balcony off our room that was perfect to sit with a cold drink after arrival (though there are plenty of additional welcoming spots both inside and outside the hotel). "Op de kamer zelf was niet heel veel aan te merken, al had de railing langs het bovenste bed van het stapelbed wat langer gemogen. Internet deed het helaas niet. Nog vervelender was het dat we ‘s nachts erg veel last hadden van mensen die de loopbrug naar de receptie gebruikten. De dame die ons in de avond ontving was zeer vriendelijk, maar dat gold helaas niet voor haar collega die ons hielp bij het ontbijt. Het ontbijt zelf was prima."
