In the center of Egmond aan Zee a large beautiful house of 102 m² is available.
The house is for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms.
A 7th bed and / or cots can be added for an additional fee.

The house is in a quiet beautiful green street with many shops and the beach nearby.
The house has a large, partly shared, fenced garden, which is child-friendly with a sandpit and toys. You can use the bicycles and the wagon. 2 parking tickets are available.
The house has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have running hot and cold water. The bedrooms have a bathroom with toilet. The house has its own central heating. Electricity is partly generated with solar panels, and hot water with a solar boiler. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the house is prohibited. Egmond aan Zee is located in the middle of the Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat. You can cycle hundreds of km's and walk on beautiful cycle paths and walking routes. The rental price includes annual tickets for the 'Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat' National Park. In-house much detailed information about walking, cycling and other recreational options in North Holland is available.
The house has a fast internet connection.

Other activities: Swimming pools in Bergen and Alkmaar and Heemskerk, riding schools and surfing in Egmond and the traditional Cheese Market in Alkmaar (April - September). The route 'de Westfriese Omringrijk' of 102 km over the dike via Schagen, Medemblik, Enkhuizen, Hoorn and Alkmaar, starts 10 km away.
The cities of Amsterdam (40 km away) and Haarlem (35 km) are located near Egmond aan Zee. The island of Texel for a one-day visit is 45 km away.

As free time in bad weather there are swimming pools in the neighboring village of Bergen and in Alkmaar. Near Egmond there are many recreational opportunities. The cities of Amsterdam (40 km away) and Haarlem (35 km) are located near Egmond aan Zee. It is also possible to cycle through the dunes and then take the train to the towns in Castricum.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Stadt und Meer

Grundsätzlich ein süßes Ferienhaus mit wahnsinnig viel Potenzial. Es hat alles was es braucht, aber beim Blick in die baugleichen Nachbarhäuser sieht man den Investitionsrückstand in diesem Haus doch sehr deutlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben sowohl Amsterdam als auch die Natur genossen. Lieben Dank für die tolle Betreuung und alles Gute für die Eigentümer.

Schöne Tage im schönen Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, zum Einkaufen nicht weit, zum Strand auch nur ein paar Minuten. Der Vermieter ein netter Mensch, für ein Schwätzchen gern zu haben. Auch seine gute Fee sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am positivsten: super Matratzen, ist ja nicht immer so. Einziger Nachteil, da wir beide gehbehindert sind, war die steile Treppe ein kleines Manko. Aber ich glaube das ist in Holland so.

Fijn familiehuis in gezellige badplaats

Wat een heerlijk complete woning. Alles aanwezig wat een verbijf aangemaam maakt. Een vriendelijk welkom met uitleg en daarna lekker uitpakken.

Sehr schöner Urlaubsort am Meer, wunderschöne Umgebung, gute Gastronomie.

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß uns super aufgeteilt für Familien mit Kindern, Ist gut ausgestattet ( Küchengeräte, Spiele, Informationen zur Umgebung....) Aber ist manches sehr alt und Renovierungsbedürftig.
