Holland Base

The location was great. The house was great. Getting into the house only took eight hours to get into the house. The key code that was sent to me was not the right code. I called the agency several times. They did give me five previous codes to try and none of them worked. Finally after eight long hours I found someone who knew the owner of our house and that person got hold of the owner. Thank goodness for neighbors!!!

Passabler Aufenthalt nach Zugangschwierigkeiten

Wir hatten einen holprigen Start, der zugesendete Code für die Schlüsselbox passte nicht, wir haben es häufig probiert, bis wir dann bei der Hotline von Belvilla, eigentlich für die Unterkunft vor Ort verantwortlich, anrufen mussten. Am Ende des Telefonats wurde auf die Telefonnummer des Aufenthaltstickets verwiesen, Ansprechpartner vor Ort, und viel Glück gewünscht. Bei der niederländischen Nummer ging sieben mal der AB dran, logischerweise mit einem niederländischen Text auf dem AB. Ein Nachbar hat dann versucht zu übersetzen. Nach einer halben Stunde haben wir dann jemand erreicht, und wurde der PIN vom zweiten Schlüsselsafe mitgeteilt, welcher für die Reinigungskräfte ist, dass hat dann geklappt. Mit einer Stunde Verzögerung und viel Aufregung konnten wir dann das Domizil beziehen. Das Haus war auf den ersten Blick gut hergerichtet, Betten bezogen, Handtücher wie besprochen vor Ort. An der einen oder anderen Ecke waren vereinzelt Spinnenweben, welche durch die Reinigungskräfte wohl übersehen wurden. Damit konnten man aber leben. Da das Haus mit einem Kamin ausgestattet ist, roch es während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nach Kamin, trotz täglichem Lüften wurde es nicht besser. Den Kamin haben wir nicht genutzt, aber den Geruch haben wir in unseren Koffern mit nach Hause genommen. Der Außenanlage fehlte eine Grünpflege, Rasen etc., der Weg um das Haus herum in den Garten war vermoost und dadurch sehr rutschig. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Zeichen erschöpft…

Das Haus ist schön, ruhig gelegen und nett eingerichtet. Leider ist es schmuddelig, ungepflegt und nicht gemütlich. Sehr schade!

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Aufteilung und ausreichend Platz. Leider ist sie in die Jahre gekommen, hat z. B. fleckige Sitzflächen. Der Aussenbereich wirkt stark vernachlässigt und auch die Sauberkeit im Haus lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Zudem roch es in allen Zimmern auch nach gründlichem Lüften muffig. Insgesamt war das Objekt den teuren Mietpreis nicht wert.

Dünenliebe

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, das sehr ruhig direkt an einem Eingang zum nordholländischen Dünenreservat gelegen ist mit fantastischen Lauf- und Radwegen. Das Haus hat auch einen sehr schönen Garten. Was zur Sauberkeit in einer anderen Rezension stand, können wir nicht bestätigen. Das Haus ist für den Preis vielleicht ein bisschen „Vintage“, ein paar Lampen waren z.B. kaputt, im Gästeklo waren Spinnweben und im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss wurden ewig die Fenster nicht geputzt, aber ansonsten war alles sehr sauber! Unzufrieden war ich mit der Kommunikation. Unter der für uns zuständigen Nummer war niemand zu erreichen, die zentrale Hotline konnte nicht weiterhelfen, so dass wir bis zum Schluss nicht wussten, wie z.B. der Safe funktioniert oder wo die Auflagen für die Liegen im Garten oder Schippe und Besen zu finden sind. Wir waren trotzdem alles in allem sehr zufrieden mit unserer Buchung und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Schönes kleines Haus

Angenehme Lage, sehr ruhig und schön. Interessant ist der große Spiegel im Garten. Wir sind uns nicht sicher was es sich mit dem auf hat. Schöne Terrasse mit Grill und Liegeflächen. Im Haus selber könnte etwas Modernisierung gemacht werden. Schöne Küche mit genug Platz und aus Ausstattung.
