"Huge, spectacular place in New Cairo! This is out to the east of Central Cairo. It's a sleepy suburb that is very safe, our teenage boys got a kick out of walking to the local stores. Whenever you want the craziness and attractions of Cairo, you just hop in a taxi. The house itself is very well laid out and very spacious. "Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

"I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Graziellas Villa mit viel Platz, Zimmer und Bad für zwei Familien (drei wären auch machbar), einem großen, sauberen Pool und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage, die Lagunen, und die schöne Aussicht genossen und gleichzeitig ist man mit den Toktoks schnell in die Stadt zum Essen oder Shoppen, oder auch zum Strand gekommen. Die Strände sind leider alle außer dem Buzzha Strand (vor allem zum Kiten, aber auch für Kinder geeignet)...

"Dies war nun bereits unser vierter Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Villa. Auch dieses Mal war alles perfekt. Kommunikation, Transfer, Sauberkeit der Villa, Pool, Garten, Küche/Küchengeräte, sehr bequeme Betten etc.... Es gibt nur Positives zu sagen und wir hoffen, dass wir in einem Jahr eine fünfte Bewertung abgeben können :-)"

"La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil.
