"The hotel pictures are completely different from reality compared to what’s on the website. When you actually get there, you'll discover that the hotel is very ordinary—below average, even. The rooms are extremely cramped, and there is no real difference between the executive rooms and the other types; basically, these tiers are just an excuse to charge more money. "Clean room, tidy and modern. There was Ac but not fully working. Bathroom was clean check in was easy. Nice area. We booked a king room however it was just 2 twin beds pushed together with an annoying gap in the middle."

Les lits étaient confortables.
Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette et il était trop tard pour nous rendre au 109.
Une vrai cafetière, sel, poivre et sucre auraient été agréable.
Sinon rien à dire, nous avons apprécié."

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough.
Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...
