He communicated all the information well in advance and made sure we had everything we needed for our family (especially our kids). The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There are 2 living rooms to spread out in and also a very nice gaming room for kids in the basement. The hot tub and fire pit in the backyard are also very nice....

"We had such a great week here! Check in was so easy. Communication with Bill was great. We loved meeting his very friendly dogs! The house was incredibly clean and had plenty of towels, dishes, etc for a big group of people. We loved the kitchen appliances and laundry facilities. Bedrooms were excellent. Bathrooms were, too.
