The White House ~ Free Wi-Fi, Pool, Arcade Machine - Off Peak Special!

THE WHITE HOUSE is a modern 2 storey 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests with great sea views from the balcony.

Upstairs - Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,  lounge area with TV, DVD, CD, double doors open on to balcony, outdoor setting. Please note - large coffee machine shown in pictures is no longer available.
Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c.
Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Child safety gate for stairs.

Downstairs - Living area with TV, DVD, arcade game machine, 3 bedrooms.
Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and full size bath, separate w/c.
Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer.
Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Child safety gate for stairs.
Gas BBQ, above ground swimming pool (only available between October and end of February) fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for boat and parking.

Bed configuration - main bedroom - king, bed 2 - king, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

** If you have no king bed sheets (top/bottom) they can be hired for $35 per bed - you will still need to take your pillow cases and towels- please advise office staff if you would like to hire them **

Unlimited free Wi-Fi .

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, 2 hotels. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

No smoking inside

Dog friendly - if you would like to bring your dog please put a note in the booking or contact office staff, a $100 refundable pet bond will be required and will be added on to the existing refundable bond manually.

Great location but missing some necessities

This was a great location just far enough to have nice walks. We happened upon a very wet stormy period and were housebound for almost 3 days. We also had a blackout on one of those nights. This made the things that were lacking in the property more obvious. Firstly coat hangers, only a couple per room was not enough. Cereal bowls 1 was not enough, candles and matches ( in case of blackout), an iron. The Arcade machine was not working, with only one control working. DVD options were not great. I would suggest bringing something to stream TV. On our last day the sun came out and we thought we might try the pool. But there was some debris and there was no net to clean it, so we decided against it. These were all just little things that may not have been as notable any other time but it would have made the stay nicer. The rest was perfectly good.

Excellent value for money

Large spacious house with relaxing views. Baby gates at top and bottom of the stairs were a bonus. Excellent value for money. We frequently visit Edithburgh and we will stay at this property again.

4 Days in Edithburgh

Positives - Very comfortable beds - Lovely sea view - Quiet - Well equipped kitchen - Excellent wi-fi connection. - Excellent location in regards to fishing options Negatives - Very stained carpets - hazardous broken shelf in the lower shower - broken coffee machine(s) - seems to be a lack of communication between cleaners and management, lack of accountability. - dirty pool - blinds and windows need to be cleaned between bookings. - a number of things listed as not being available were in fact available. Packed much more than was needed. - some hooks in both bathrooms would be helpful. - Be prepared for windy conditions.

A break away from the city.
