"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"The staff was amazing. We were celebrating my daughter’s recent graduation from high school. I made her a handmade custom card and left some goodies for her in our room upon arrival. It made us feel really special. I do wish the computers in the mezzanine were a little more user-friendly though."
