"Estancias cómodas, limpias y amplias. El personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno a cualquier hora. No hay ascensor."

"Clean room, and good shower, but we had to ask for more toiletries (small sachets). No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar. Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros. Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good. Local specialities, as well as pizza. The hotel is a little dated. Basic 3-star hotel. Good location."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. Almost brand new, nice amenities- the lake was so refreshing on a hot day. And the staff was incredibly kind."

"The most amazing view of the lake, worth while the trip up the mountain, enjoyed it specially riding the motorcycle. Food is great and you feel welcome in the hotel."

"Cortesia del personale. , pulizia perfetta , ristorante ottimo."

"This is a modern apartment built for I presume a corporate traveler who has business with Fassi which is adjacent. It's within a short walk to the tram to Bergamo which is very convenient. What the apartment lacks is "character." It's a modern but sterile environment which is somewhat out of character with Italy. On the other hand, everything works, and it's squeaky clean. And, the parking is the easiest and most spacious we experimented in a week of driving from Rome to the Adriatic to...
