"Price was decent. Checkout was a bit confusing. I guess i was supposed to just set my card on the desk and not ring the bell. Lady came up and grabbed card set it on desk and took the bell and the sign to ring bell down and went back to her room. Maybe put a sign up saying to do that. It was a good stay though and smoking section outside. Very close to Palo Duro canyon. Bed was a little firm but not bad. Was quiet and felt safe."

"Put her around there at the last minute Because the other booking also through Expedia when I got that hotel, they said they didn't have anything except on the third floor. The elevator was broken and I've requested an ADA room so they said I would not be charged so I booked at this hotel and when I got there, I heard people come out saying they were glad they got a room because it was the last one they had and when I went in with my reservation, I was told because they don't have my phone...

"Although the room was technically clean, it left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, the desk staff member said how we got the best, quietest room in the whole hotel. It was not in the main hotel building, it was outside and looked like a remodeled pool shack. First, it took us a few minutes to get in the room because we couldn't get the handle to work (the desk staff member warned us to "lift" the handle because there's something wrong with it). So much for being quiet, there were 3 adults...

"The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel...
