  • Our cottage is located in North Eastham
    Full Xfinity cable, one button to access all channels. Highest speed wifi available
    1 mile from Campground Beach (bay side), close to 5 other bayside beaches.
    2.3 miles from Nauset Light Beach (ocean side), 3 miles from Coast Guard Beach (ocean side), and 0.25 miles from the Cape Cod Rail Trail—all just a short walk away from our home.
    The house is also near the quaint towns of Orleans, Chatham, and Wellfleet, 25 minutes from Provincetown.
    The house is conveniently within walking distance of local ice cream shops and restaurants. There is also a drive-in movie theatre, a flea market, shopping, restaurants, boating, and golf just minutes away.
    The house itself features a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances; We also offer a new propane fire pit to keep you warm on cool nights!
    You are welcome to use our linens or bring your own if you prefer.

    There is a designated work space in the twin bedroom, equipped with computer desk and chair.

    AC SPLITS In Every Room

    Amenities include: high-speed easy to use Xfinity internet; full cable package; an outdoor fire pit; an outdoor propane fire pit/table; as well as a jacuzzi in the master bath! There is a large outdoor shower to enjoy which the site lists as the third bathroom

    Please note the indoor fireplace is not functional.

    We do consider only dogs Please ask before you book.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay with our two dogs. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Everything was very well stocked. We would definitely go back and stay again!

We had an amazing and magical stay at Kevin & Diane’s home. It is perfectly situated and close to everything. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice, it is the quintessential Cape Cod home.We visited the beaches and ponds of both Eastham and Wellfleet, swam, fished, took a walk around P-Town, had great Thai food from across route 6, played mini golf and had pizza just like I remembered it from the Red Barn.We returned to a beautiful home, stocked with the necessities. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, quick to respond to any inquiries. Our 13 year old son was happy to sit on the porch and read. The hydrangeas in the yard were stunning. We had a fantastic time, couldn’t have asked for better. Amazing home and amazing hosts.

The house is very comfortable and well furnished. The lovely deck is a joy for relaxing and conversation. There was a welcoming card from the host on the table along with a nice bottle of wine and a pound of flavored coffee. The only nit we had was the lack of regular coffee, since we are not flavored coffee drinkers. However, this little nit did not take away from the overall very positive experience of renting this property.

We chose this home because the location was great to access the rail trail . The location is very quiet and convenient to Rt 6 . Beause I have allergies we typically don't rent dog friendly homes but this was fine. We found it clean enough and comfortable enough, but were disappointed that there isn't a "hot tub" as advertised. Its an indoor soaking tub with jets.

Everything needed was provided in this cozy & beautiful home! We felt so comfortable here-truly a perfect place to getaway & relax! Was also so conveniently located to travel around to nearby towns. The area was so quaint & quiet!

Very cozy house with a modern kitchen and plenty of cookware and lots of light. There were extra towels and bedding, TV trays etc for comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

House was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very nice and communicative. Thoughtfully supplied info on available activities, restaurants, etc. Good location with easy access to other towns. Will definitely be staying here again!

The house was perfect for our group! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful- we went out to dinner one night and the other night we ate dinner around the roomy kitchen island. We enjoyed chatting and relaxing in the living room. It was a wonderful weekend and we would love to stay there again on our next trip to the Cape
