The house is great- exactly as posted and described and very clean and well equipped and everything is in working order. Kitchen and bathroom super good and clean and spacious. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Home was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so beautiful, hot tub was great for after run soaks or starlight wind downs. We grilled, loved the well stocked kitchen, had glorious family meals inside and out. Four bedrooms, two which had en suite baths, with a shared bath for the kids room and third queen bedroom was so convenient for our extended family group. And the linens and towels included was a great bonus since many Cape houses...

"Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv...

"Top Deck was a perfect unit for my wife and dog. It was spacious the deck/ kitchen/ loving area all had a great view of the water. The grounds are well maintained, dock access and on site canoe/ kayaking is a great added amenity. Location is perfect to explore all of the cape. Communication was excellent quick response, and clear instructions. Early check in was offered, price was right, a definite rebook easy!"

"the house was very clean and well maintained but we were unhappy with the sprinklers going off in the afternoon because they soaked the driveway and back deck. Shouldn't they only go off at night? Also a herbicide was applied to the driveway while we were there and warned that children and pets shouldn't be exposed for 2 hours and we only read this after we walked through it and brought it into the house, other than that it was a great house!"

"Everything from start to finish was perfect! The house itself was pristine and included everything anyone could want. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and a joy to work in. The living room and each of the three bedrooms had very large wall-mounted flat screen TVs! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable and had all the essentials, including extra towels and blankets. Our favorite room was the sunroom. It was comfortable and quiet, overlooking the private backyard....

"House needs tending to. For the price they want it would only be exceptable for young people lookig for a place to party. House has many details that need addressing. Poor lighting throughout if any, many broken things, poor quality of kitchen items. Setup of master bedroom with mini room off it with no real door. Twin bed makes horrible noises if you even try to sit on it. Housw could really be amazing if some energy and time was devoted to it."

"We had an awesome time staying here. It was walking distance to a dog friendly beach (through June 15th at least). The low tide was really cool and perfect for our one year old to splash in the little pools. We loved the Mass Audubon hiking and proximity to the national seashore. The house was clean with plenty of room for our little one to walk around. No pantry items so if you are planning on cooking you would need to buy oil etc.. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

"This location is purpose-built for unwinding and relaxing seaside, the idyllic beach house experience! Sunsets are incredible, changes of the landscape with the tides are not to be missed. Private and exclusive location make for an ideal getaway, all with local amenities easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great time overall. The house was immaculate and nicer than even in listing pics. The location was great as it was a dead end and off the main strip but still very private and quiet. It is right by the Wellfleet drive in but noise is not an issue. We like this area as we can go to ptown no problem or Main Street Wellfleet as well. No beaches are walkable but that didn’t matter to us. House kept nice and cool. Check in was easy and there was constant communication prior to our arrival...
