This retreat enjoys a wonderful location within a few minutes of Cape Cod National Seashore and Bayside beaches. Other must-visit attractions you can find within a short drive include Nauset Lighthouse, Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, Nickerson State Park, Whit Tileston Chatham Bandstand, Cranberry Valley Golf Course, and Chatham Lighthouse.

As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by a beautifully decorated open floor plan. The cozy living/dining area invites you to spread out comfortably on the sofa for a fun evening streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV. The dining table is ideal for family meals and playing board games. The kitchenette has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals for the crew, including a full-size fridge, a JennAir® cooktop, a convection oven, and a Keurig coffee maker, and custom cabinetry. The bathroom enjoys a Jacuzzi bathtub, adding a nice, elegant touch. Additional perks include a firepit area, a gas grill, and two beach chairs.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
