  • Podrá disfrutar completamente de su estancia en esta hermosa y antigua casa de bacalao, situada en un hermoso terreno con césped en un camino privado de Eastham. Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios: el dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y un pequeño baño privado. Una de las habitaciones alternativas también tiene una cama de matrimonio, mientras que la otra es una cama doble estándar.

    El baño común está convenientemente ubicado cerca del pasillo principal de la casa. Y si es una ducha exterior que preferirías, ¡también tenemos eso! Su estadía en Cape Cod no estaría completa sin ducharse en este hermoso entorno al aire libre.

    La cocina de esta casa está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y todo el servicio y los utensilios de cocina que necesitará para su estadía. La sala de estar alberga una gran pantalla de televisión y una buena colección de películas. No hay wifi ni cable en esto, ¡no es por eso que estás aquí! Esta casa está muy cerca de varias playas y el entorno exterior de esta propiedad sin duda hará que su estancia sea memorable.

    ¡Aunque esta residencia tiene aire acondicionado, seguramente deseará pasar el día al aire libre! El acceso a la famosa ruta de Cape Cod Rail Trail está a 1/4 de milla y su elección de varios estanques, en la bahía o en el océano ... ¡también están a una corta distancia!

    Y, si no tiene ganas de dejar esta propiedad, este gran patio es ideal para descansar. Hay muchos asientos al aire libre y una maravillosa hamaca bajo los árboles. La propiedad se encuentra en un callejón sin salida privado y tranquilo que lo hace ideal para familias con niños pequeños. A los niños les encantará visitar a los pollos alojados en un gallinero del patio trasero o andar en bicicleta en esta calle tranquila o jugar en el patio.

    Si te gusta el entretenimiento, hay una parrilla de carbón y luz exterior. Si comer no es lo tuyo, visita cualquiera de los muchos restaurantes cercanos. This is a lovely and practical home. The host was always available to solve problems and answer questions. The house has everything you need, especially in the well-stocked kitchen. The grounds are spacious with a grill and hammock that we used several times. Extras are a sweet bunny, chickens, raised beds with vegetables and flowers to visit (not to pick). This was our first time on the Cape and we found Eastham to have the peace and quiet and access to the beaches that we craved. Not to mention the short drive to the national seashore, trails, visitor center with quite interesting exhibits, etc. We'll be back for sure.

Accommodations were great. Clean home. Everything you need from kitchen supplies, toiletries, and beach chairs,etc. Great location, close to beaches and restaurants.

We had a great stay. The location was amazing and close to the beaches and stores. The house is well equipped and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home with all the amenities.

Home had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Location was very convenient to both the bay and ocean side with many restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the buck a shuck oysters at Carolines for happy hour.

Excellent Trip

Great place to stay. Lots of room and close drive to beaches and everywhere on the Cape. Property manager was great to deal with and answered all questions promptly. Great space to relax in as well with lots of room. Highly recommend.

Very Nice

Lots of space, good-sized kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Owners were very helpful! Nearby state beach. A few restaurants in the area - not a large town.

Close to everything

Our family enjoyed our stay at high tide. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything the cape has to offer. My children enjoyed the spacious front yard, quiet cul de sac and chickens.

Great Property. Great Host.

Beautiful home located near the rail trail. Everything we wanted was there - it is a fully stocked home. Karen is great. The chickens are adorable! The hammock was my favorite spot in the yard.

Phenomenal Experience!

Karen was an incredible host with an incredible home on the cape. I was constantly shocked at how quiet and serene the property was despite being so close to the major roadway connecting all of upper Cape Cod. The house was perfect for what we needed it for and the kitchen was incredible well stocked for all cooking that we did. Highly recommend this poetry for a summer getaway on beautiful cape cod.

Family reunion and vacation

The house and property were beautiful, so comfortable with all the amenities we needed! It was conveniently located close to the National Seashore beaches and community beaches, and since we rented bikes for the week we were able to bike to each shoreline, not to mention riding along the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Karen is an excellent host, very responsive and informative. I would this all over again in a second! Thank you Karen for sharing your home with us!!

North Eastham home has everything you need!

We had a fabulous week at the Cape! Lots of swimming at Wiley Park, exploring nature at First Encounter Beach & an amazing whale watch out of Ptown! Our grandsons (ages 6 & 9) loved feeding the chickens & were thrilled to see a blue one! Sitting out front with coffee in the mornings was great! The boys loved the hammock & playing in the spacious front yard. We had a few minor issues & Karen responded immediately & got everything functioning properly. Such a delightful woman! The book collection, children's books & games and art supplies are fantastic! The kids also loved the "Crew's Quarters" with the bunk beds with book lights! Having two bathrooms & the outside shower were great! Loved that the sheets were already on the beds so we could get right to vacationing! The house is well-appointed with everything you might need! The only drawback was that the cleaners didn't have time to finish before we were to enter. We had thought there was a hot tub from the VRBO online listing, but there wasn't one, so the listing should be corrected. A great vacation home!

My husband and three daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed High Tide! Karen was great, very responsive, and quite industrious! The house was spotless and a perfect size for the 5 of us. Perfect stay

We had a great stay at “High Tide”. The owner provided perfect communications before and during our stay. The home and property are lovely, set back from the main highway and provided a quiet respite during our breaks from beach-time. Everything we needed was available. We’d happily stay again, hopefully for longer!

Great Stay!

Karen was a wonderful and responsive host whenever we had a question. The house is adorable, clean, and was perfect for our needs. Only a few minutes’ drive from several beaches and only a half hour from Ptown. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available. We had a little one, so being able to relax in the AC and take a break from the heat was a life saver. My son was obsessed with the Lincoln logs! We also had to unexpectedly leave early due to our son being sick and Karen was very flexible with allowing our in-laws to stay at the house for the remainder of the stay. Thank you Karen!

We loved the “Chicken House”!

Great house for a family with young children. We have a 1 and 3 year old and having it only be one floor with no stairs was very helpful. We had to do minimal baby proofing. The chickens were a huge hit with our 3 year old. The house has everything you need and is located near so many great beaches, beautiful trials, and cute towns. The host, Karen, was very kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely cape ranch near bay

We had a fantastic time at High Tide. Amazing location and value, <5 minute drive to beautiful bay beaches and the National Seashore. The beds were incredibly comfortable, had everything we would've needed in the kitchen to cook. Karen was a very responsive host. Would absolutely stay again.
