The Space:

Located on a quiet street, with a large grass and wooded yard great for outdoor games - your family will enjoy every minute of your vacation.



Centrally located on the bayside in Eastham, you can easily drive to Provincetown in 25 minutes, get on the Nantucket Ferry in Harwich in 25 minutes, go shopping in Wellfleet, Orleans or Chatham in 10 minute. Walk your way down Mayflower Rd to Turnip Field Rd and within 10 minutes you are at one of the most amazing bayside beaches on Cape Cod. Take coffee & your dog in the morning to see the sun glisten off the low tide flats, or perhaps get a permit to do some clamming and catch a bucket of clams for dinner. Great Pond is just a little over a mile away - and is perfect for kids to swim and play all day.



A quick 2-minute drive has you in central Eastham with Sam’s Deli, Casa Del Cabo, the Fairway, Red Barn and all the eateries you’ll delight. The bike path is right in the ‘restaurant row’ too, so you can bike to grab a picnic and take it straight to Coast Guard beach on the Ocean Side!

Nice place, needs some cleaning, kitchen supplies

This a nice house and we enjoyed our one-week stay. The rug in the upstairs bedroom needs to be replaced in our opinion, there are several stain spots ... spot cleaned but grungy looking. Also, it needs some basic kitchen supplies, bottle opener, can opener, kitchen knives ( not just steak knives), cork screw, all the basics, including some forks, knives etc. There are lots of pots and pans, more so than in most rentals, and the kitchen cupboards, appliances are all new. A few blocks nice walk to the bay beaches. Just needs a bit of TLC, otherwise nice.

Enjoyed our time here!

We stayed at this house for a week in August and enjoyed our time here! It is a bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad. The listing was accurate and the beds were pretty comfy (one of the two bigger beds was too soft for our taste but that's a personal thing). Regular communication from the property manager. The house is pretty well equipped -- gas grill, lots of cooking/baking stuff (but no can opener or measuring cups). It could use more silverware if you have more than 3 people sharing the house. It was great to have access to a washer/dryer, and we enjoyed the fire pit for s'mores too!

Nice cottage / Lack of support.

The cottage was nice, reasonably clean. (Spider webs, ants, mold in basement). I reached out via the Del Mar app regarding an issue, and never heard back. Nice back yard with a deck, breezy and full of birdsong.

The only thing we wished for was more seating in the main living space. Late spring weather had us inside on more than one occasion in the evening. Chairs were cute but not comfortable enough to hunker down for a movie. I do love the yard and the neighborhood very much!

Nice Home on the Cape

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Location is about a 15/20 minute walk from 2 bayside beaches on quiet streets (no sidewalks but wasn’t an issue for us, even with a stroller). 10 minute drive from a couple of restaurants as well as the National Seashore. Very friendly neighbors. We’ve stayed on the Cape a few times, and this may be our favorite house so far.

Great house for bikes and games.

My husband and two sons in their twenties had a fabulous time. We rented electric bikes an d the trail was close enough to bike over 3 days in a row. My dog and I would take a morning stroll on the beach with our coffee from the local coffee shop. and each night we ended playing games at the dining room table. Sooooo much fun.

Nice space that needs some care

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, as well as the outdoor area around the house. Mostly things were as we anticipated, but the house needs some care and updates. And there were some cleanliness issues; dog smells and strange stains. Maybe just some one off issues, but considering the cost, we would’ve hoped for a cleaner, more taken care of house.

hidden gem

this property is amazing, great location, close enough to everything, yet surrounded by trees that makes it a birding paradise. You will wake up with the birds in the morning and go to sleep hearing the wind thru the trees. It has anything you might ever need, great kitchen, fully equipped, grill and fire pit on the backyard, and birds everywhere.

Fantastic Stay

Pictures of the property completely accurate. Our stay here was above and beyond expected. The location cant be beat for the distance to beach and town (5 minute bike ride in either direction). We were expecting low key beach house quality but the accents in this home were really high end. The quality of linens and towels were great, seemingly brand new and had a really nice fragrance. The management company was really warm and accommodating, even responding to us at 9pm on Father's Day to let us have a late check out. Really impressed by the home and rental management, we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Robin It had everything we needed, we felt comfortable right away. Close to our favorite beaches, bike trail, hikes etc Located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood...hope to come back!

Cape Cod Cozy

we recently returned from our trip to Cape Cod and had a great time. We stayed at this property in Eastham and it was great. Clean and cozy, well maintained and located within walking distance of the bay beaches it was a pleasure to stay there. The management was very accessible, but in all honest everything was so perfect we didn't need to contact them during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very comfortable, clean, large and stylish house - perfect.

The open-plan style of the house was great for a party of six. The verandah was great and we sat out enjoying the surroundings. The bedrooms were very good, especially the main bedroom and there was absolutely everything we could have needed all there in the house. I would heartily recommend this property.

Great location, just as advertised

Great week getaway for our family of 5! Facilities were clean and just as advertised with both indoor and outdoor relaxing spaces. Short drive to both bayside beaches for low-tide walks and multiple National Seashore made this a great spot for a beach getaway. Lots of food options nearby.
