With fast Wi-Fi, retro charm, and plenty of space to spread out, it's perfect for family trips, group getaways, or a refreshing mountain escape.


Our guests get free access to all of the private community's amenities.
The home includes 8 amenity badges, allowing up to 8 guests to use the community amenities at the same time. Please plan accordingly if your group is larger.

Winter Amenities
No outdoor amenities are available during the winter season.

Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 business days before check-in.

The maximum number of guests is 12 INCLUDING infants, toddlers, and visitors.

Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $15 change fee will apply.
Vehicle Registration: Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Indoor Areas:
This 3,000 sq. ft. Pocono retreat is designed for comfortable gatherings and relaxing mountain stays. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fun-filled game room, two inviting living rooms, and a heated spa room with an indoor hot tub, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. After a day exploring nearby lakes, trails, or mountain towns, relax by the fireplaces, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy game nights downstairs. Comfortably sleeps 10, with space for up to 12 using two full-size futon sofas.

Relax in the spacious spa room with a 4-6 person hot tub, retro refrigerator, and body dryer, while enjoying nature views.

Outdoor Areas:
Step outside and enjoy peaceful wooded views from the spacious deck. In the evening, gather around one of the two firepits under solar string lights and take in the fresh mountain air. The large hammock and outdoor dining seating offer quiet spots to relax and enjoy the surrounding forest. Outdoor amenities such as ping pong, hammock, dining table, and basketball hoop are available depending on weather conditions.

Parking:
There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

No groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. All dogs must be registered with the community, please send breed, age, name, color, and gender upon booking. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.
