"We had a delightful stay at this charming cottage in Mashpee. It's perfectly located by the ocean, and blends modern amenities with cozy comfort. "Overall we enjoyed our time at Anissas place and for the money it was good. The access to the river and kayaks was great and generally they had enough to get by. We left wanting a bit more on the finer details though. There was no shampoo, no paper towels, no extra bath towels and much of the house appeared dated and in need of some touching up/repair. The back deck sliding door was in it's dying days and some of the rugs/furniture were stained. With some work on these areas it could be an...

"This amazing home exceeded our expectations. This home is beautiful. Tastefully designed, incredibly well-appointed and every thoughtful amenity included. The location is perfect. Right on the harbor. Walking and biking distance to everything. We will leave the car at home next time. The owner was responsive and provided clear instructions for check in. We enjoyed the place so much that we extended our stay. This home is well worth it! We’ll be back!"

"Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will recommend this cottage to everyone we know and see out opportunities in the future to stay here again!"

"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...

"Our group of 11 loved this property! Having separate buildings was great for some privacy. The game barn was an absolute gem. We enjoyed hanging out there and playing pool and games. The main house is beautiful annd well stocked. All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We could have used an extra blanket or two, but truly we had no complaints. The house was spotless, everything was comfortable and just as described. Management was helpful with the couple questions I had."
