"First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement...

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The outdoor area was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and swing/slide set. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a great stay at the house! It was much larger than we even expected and came outfitted with everything you could need for a weekend away in July. Our host was super communicative and flexible. The pool is perfect and the location is ideal for a comprehensive weekend away in the Hamptons. We will be back- thank you again!"

"Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive."
