"The hotel is not well maintained. We stayed on the 6th floor. As we got off the elevator there was a water leak coming from the fire alarm in the ceiling. A full bucket of water directly in front of the elevators. The room had sticky floors and the bathroom door had not been cleaned. When you closed the pocket door there were disgusting stains. Also the hotel does not have free parking the parking is by PMC valet and it is 32.00 per night. The app they used tried to have me log in and set...

"The hotel itself is not bad, but the service is terrible.
Arrived at 7:30pm. "House keeping didn't clean enough rooms" so we got switched.
Room wasn't made up and house keeping not available, so we had to go get linens and make up ourself.
2nd day - "House keeping forgot to do your room". Same script.
Breakfast is out of most things. Staff are just angry at the world."

"Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."

"This hotel is not in a great area of Memphis. I would not walk out at night. Many surrounding abandoned buildings.
Our room had a handle missing on the bathroom door and hand soap instead of shower gel. No other little amenities like shower cap etc. For the price of the room it was to say the least a disappointment.
On check in we were told breakfast was until 11am. I went down 10 min before 10 and was told that breakfast was closed and that it only went until 10. The front desk...
