The Pond House is located in a private wooden setting with a private pond .
And a creek along side the property.

Enjoy nature with views , water, wildlife and woods surrounding .
Spend time kayaking in the pond ,
Relax to the sound of birds,
Or just sit after a long day in the porch or around the fire pit facing the wooden area, or seating next to the pond connecting to nature.
-Water/hiking shoes will make it easier to hike in the creek.
- In addition to the house, there is a barn that serves as a game area, featuring a pool table and ping pong table. It also has a lovely outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

Our favorite family vacation spot!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and it’s our favorite place to stay while we’re visiting family! The house is beautiful and newly renovated and my kids have the best time fishing and kayaking on the pond!

Wooden Oasis

Awesome spot if you want to relax out of the business of life.....short drives to anything you would want or need...perfect home set back in the woods with a very comfy feeling and very responsive host! Recommend you check this one out! Definitely will be coming back again! The home smelled very nice and the cleanliness was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out ..and room for kids to play.

Near kissing bridge ski resort

Location was excellent, didn't happen to have any snow to ski but had it snowed it would have been perfect. Two floors, master bedroom upstairs two bedrooms downstairs worked well with the two boys, one boy 21 and one boy 23. Lots of room to relax, internet worked well, a nice array of conveniences were left by the host for our use including K-Cups for the coffee, lots of soap, new towels, silverware pots and pans etc everything that's needed to relax. Host was very easy to communicate with, and very pleasant.

Lovely stay

The house is located in the middle of the forest, and our two families really enjoyed the small lake for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the deck. The only "negative" points were having to deal with absence of a dishwasher and a single bathroom (and no separate toilets), and the location being a bit humid (and therefore a bit chilly during the evenings). Apart from that, we had a lovely time at the house and the kids had a lot of fun!

Escape

This property is beautiful to escape into paradise. We enjoyed the home, lake and forest so much! Kids loved to stroll around the forest! Home is well equipped and maintained except for a dishwasher fyi.

Roomy and Clean House

Great pond house in the woods

The pond is great for beginner kayaking and fishing! My children enjoyed it everyday of our stay and someone always caught a fish. Home is tucked up in the woods of the lot and was recently remodeled and very nicely decoratd . Beds were firm and comfortable. Location made it possible to get to cute little ski resort towns and over to the Falls.

Listing was just as described. Property stocked well with towels and other necessities which was nice. Location was close enough to activities we had planned but also secluded/private. Pond/kayaks were a nice bonus!

Fun and relaxing

We needed a short getaway and this place was perfect. The open concept was nice to spend time with the family. The kitchen was a highlight for us. It had everything we needed. The kids had a great time in the creek. We loved having the kayaks and were able to utilize them often. We even caught a few fish! My teenager's favorite spot was on the patio with her phone (wifi was great)! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely little cabin

This cabin is lovely and updated. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture and slept well on the comfortably firm mattress. The nights were cool and quiet and the days were sunny and relaxing. Shira also went out of her way to provide us a slow cooker for our meals. My only warning would be to give the host a heads up if you’re sensitive to perfumes. I personally am and had to unplug several fragrance plug-ins. I’m sure if you mention it to Shira ahead of time, she’ll accommodate you!

Very happy with stay

We stayed at the "Pond House" and had a great time surrounded by nature. The house is very cozy, beautiful, and very well decorated. The couches and beds were comfortable and the overall condition of the house was great. We enjoyed the outdoors, sitting and chilling at the fire pit. The kayaking in the pond was a lot of fun. Shira is a great host and we had good communication. I would definitely come back!
