"This apartment is in a perfect location for downtown adventures! It is close to Main Street and we felt safe walking to restaurants and the arena, even after dark. There is a nice park two blocks away with a mini golf course (bring your own equipment), tennis courts, and playground. The apartment is in a cute house with 3 other units and each has dedicated parking in back of the building. The owner was responsive to questions and issues. "

"This property is in a terrific location, close to many activities, restaurants, park and trail. Because you are in the heart of the city and crowds of people, there will be noise. The property has a sound machine in the bedroom and that works very well to block out the street noise. Our only disappointment was the inability to access cable tv, (I think the cable box was faulty) we really wanted to watch the NCAA basketball tourney. "
