"Kitchen dirty. Two kitchen outlets were dead. No hot water in 2 bathroom sinks. Make up mirror was broken. Toaster was broken. The connecting room door was wide open and we didn’t rent that side. No air conditioning no longer works with climate change. Our room was 79 degrees at midnight. It was hard to sleep. Also I70 was noisy all night. Only one elevator was working for entire building. Staff was nice."

"Really enjoyed our stay, location is great with the free avail bus right at the doorstep practically. Couple of things that would have been appreciated…a toaster (we looked in every cupboard and drawer several times over and no toaster anywhere); blackout down drop blinds or curtains in the bedrooms would mean more than a 6am wake up because of the sunrise; the internet was iffy and the cable never worked. Contacted the office about internet forgot about tv. Otherwise felt cost and comfy. Nice...

"POW Haus was super convenient, cozy and so thoughtfully well stocked. It took us less than 5 min to walk in our boots across HWY 6 to Bear Lot for the one quick stop to Beaver Creek Landing, where we can easily hop on the Lower BC lift minus the backed up lines at the village. The communication w the owners was superb. Remember to register the car!! Totally appreciated the wonderuflly comfy bed in the master suite. The kids had no complaints about the bunk beds. The pull out couch was not comfy...
