"We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...

The hotel claims you need wrist bands to be in the pool area and only so many to a room. A basketball team had a few members staying at the hotel which turned into their entire team and extended family being in the pool they were not paying for. "Very nice hotel , spacious pool , lot of breakfast options. Halls were nice and clean , walls are sound proof The ONLY issue we had, is our cards had to keep being switched . We would get locked outside . Locked out of pool ,locked out of our room which was big inconvenience since our room was on opposite end from lobby , then elevator was functioning however very slow . "Overall our stay was good. Nice hotel, was clean, was very surprised at how small our room was. We had a king bed room and that’s about all that could fit. We also had issues with either someone in the room next to us or some other guests putting their food garbage outside our door. This happened twice in the two nights we were there. "Staff friendly. Clean. Room overpriced for what it was and the area. Looks like they increased price for local event. Room had bedside light out, shower dripped and made noise as it hit drain cover (all night) and only one chair (desk chair) in room. They charged $5 facilities maintainable fee on top of room charges. No irony there. Stayed in much nicer Marriott properties in NYC, Chicago and elsewhere for less."

"Funky drive way, 1 road with 3 back to back drive ports, all leading to a different thing. McDonalds, the hotel and a church. Non of them connecting, so if you pass the hotel you can't us the church parking lot to get though, and the hotel is smack dab in the middle. It was funny!"
